Biography:

Mel’s passion for the fitness industry is an interesting story, having never done anything when she was younger and then throughout the years gradually gaining weight. That all changed when a close family member had a heart attack and her 7-year-old son at the time asked his Mum if she would also have a heart attack. The rest is history…

Mel’s main focus is teaching and guiding people through weight loss, sharing strategies and educating clients to read labels and make best choices.
