Welcome to the MD Fitness online transformation series. This programme has been designed as a kick starter to lose weight and shape and tone your body. The purpose of this series is to give you the ability to train at home with no equipment.
This style of training is designed to give you the best results in the shortest period of time, improving your anaerobic fitness, strength and body shape, including weight loss if done in combination with nutrition.
We recommend performing the workouts daily, from Monday to Friday at a pace that suits you and a time that works. Our recommendation would be to get up first thing in the morning and get the programme done before you eat, this is commonly called fasted anaerobic cardio and is one of the best and quickest methods for burning fat, followed by good nutrition. It also gives you less time to allow your mind to talk you out of it!
Our online transformation series utilises HIIT – High-intensity interval training. It is an effective bodyweight workout using movements that are designed to burn fat. We have done this type of training for years and continue to use HIIT as a method of total fat burning, including toning and gaining body strength
